Residential hot tub warranty

Instinct Spas offers a limited warranty. The warranty applies only to non-commercial, residential use of the cold tub. The warranty includes the shell structure and surface, equipment, and plumbing. The warranty does not cover damage due to poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse. Other exclusions may apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty.

How to obtain warranty service

For service under the original Limited Warranty (within the first year after delivery), please contact Instinct Spas at CustomerService@InstinctSpas.com. Please provide the following information: name of the purchaser, proof of purchase, dated receipt, item purchased, and details of the issue. Submit Claims within the specified warranty period.
