Instinct Spas are shipped from the manufacturing facility. All Instinct Spas are 100% built in the USA.

Delivery information for your Instinct Spas

Your Instinct Spa will be delivered by your local hot tub dealer. Once your hot tub has been built and is ready to be shipped, your dealer will contact you to set up delivery. You will typically be contacted within three weeks of your purchase.

For your convenience, you will work with the local dealer to select a convenient delivery date. To best support your delivery team, please take a photo & video of your delivery site from curb to final spot. This will help the local dealer determine whether you need any additional delivery support items.

On delivery day, a team will arrive at your doorstep based on the agreed-upon appointment time. Your tub purchase includes Standard Delivery.
Standard Delivery is defined as:

• Single level (meaning no stairs)
• No additional equipment needed (such as a crane or any other special equipment)

If your delivery requires special equipment, you will be responsible for any additional fees. Delivery does not include any electrical connections or filling of the hot tub.
